The incubation program must be considered as place of collective intelligence, where every party find an added value:

Support

Youth benefit from support in the creation of their projects (peer to peer, senior and expert learning), or to meet fundraisers. They are able to compare their projects with each other, in order to improve them;

Talent pool

Private sector and companies would use the Hub also as a showcase to attract Youth, and as a talent pool. Companies remain aware of pioneer initiatives, trends and Youth’s aspiration. At the same time, they share their experiences and views on good practices, which contributes to their outreach;

Investment

Investors benefit from a unique place catalyzing projects on which to invest according to their respective priority criteria grids.

Education

Academic and scientific sector would promote scientific education as a key point to understand climate change issues. The incubation program would be a meeting place to gather entrepreneurs, scientists and Youth, and a showcase promoting research projects.
