Fostering Youth Engagement : A Forum For Inclusive Dialogue And Collaboration
The forum aims to facilitate dialogue among the Youth and with the Youth, at the service of all stakeholders (including national and local governments, civil society and the private sector). This forum shall also work as a key tool for African Governments to conduct consultations with the African Youth, thus leveraging the Hub to get valuable feedbacks and inspiring ideas to feed their public policies (such consultations will foster the ownership of public policies focused on climate amongst the Youth). Reciprocally, the Forum shall also work as a tool for the Governments to give feedback to the Youth about the implementation of their climate public policies. The forum has also a green jobs component that gives access to green opportunities for youth to start their carriers. This component is composed of a robot automatically searching for green jobs opportunities in the web and making them available on the platform. Young individuals can consult and submit their applications if interested.
