Uniting Young Researchers across Africa to Tackle Climate Change through Knowledge and Policy.
Africa contributes only 2-3% of global greenhouse gas emissions but suffers disproportionately from climate change. The continent is warming faster than the global average, with sea levels rising at an accelerated rate. Around 250 million people face high-water stress, and up to 700 million could be displaced by 2030, underscoring the urgent need for global action.
